Mike Hennessy, Chief Revenue Officer at Doxim

Michael Hennessy Chief Executive Officer

Mike Hennessy is the CEO of Doxim. A tenured and innovative SaaS leader, he holds extensive experience in the Customer Communication Management (CCM) industry, serving highly regulated markets. Since 2017, as Doxim’s previous Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and more recently as President, Mike led a team of world-class sales, customer success, marketing, product and business development professionals to deliver significant, measurable value for Doxim clients across North America. Prior to joining Doxim, Mike led as the North American GM for ScribbleLive. Before that, he served as the VP of North American Sales for [24]7-Inc., which provides a customer experience software to the Fortune 500. Mike holds an MBA from Queen’s University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Allison University.
Andrew “Andy” Kokoska, Chief Financial Officer

Andrew Kokoska Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Andrew is responsible for overseeing Doxim’s overall financial strategies and leading the global finance organization alongside executive leadership, solution and sales teams, and partners. Andrew brings an extensive background in PE-backed growth companies, acquisitions, debt, treasury management, multinational tax, and investor relations to his role.

Before joining Doxim, Andrew was the Vice President, Global Controller at Cendyn where he was responsible for overseeing the global organization financial strategy. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President, Worldwide Corporate Controller at Aras Corporation. Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds an MBA from Endicott College, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Merrimack College.

Scott Biel is the CRO of Doxim. With over 25 years of experience in customer communications management, Biel oversees all revenue-generating activities and works closely with executive leadership, sales, solutions and partners, to develop and execute a revenue strategy that further positions customers and the business for maximum shared success.

Prior to joining Doxim, Biel was SVP and Partner at Market Connections Inc., where he drove significant revenue growth along with new product development and service offerings. Market Connections was acquired by Doxim in early 2019. Before that, he had progressively senior sales positions with industry leaders, delivering highly successful partnerships with some of North America’s largest Financial Services organizations and leading high-performance sales teams. Biel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.com.) from the University of Toronto.

Jason Hall, Chief People Officer at Doxim

Jason Hall Chief People Officer

Jason Hall serves as the Chief People Officer of Doxim. With 30 year of professional HR experience Jason has executive responsibilities that include overseeing the company’s global HR team, managing it’s total rewards, identifying and developing talent, furthering Doxim’s diversity and inclusion efforts, strategizing corporate social responsibility and fostering a collaborative work culture and positive colleague experience.

Throughout his executive career, with employers such as Sedgwick, York, CDK Global and ADP, Jason has been responsible for large scale transformative change in HR through human capital strategy development, process optimization and technology enablement while never losing sight of the importance of relationship and developing strong business acumen. Jason has a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and is a proud veteran of the US Coast Guard.

Matthew Yacoub, Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer, Matthew is responsible for driving IT strategy & execution, establishing organization-wide data standards and governance, and embedding a security-first approach in all aspects of Doxim’s technology. With over 25 years of information technology and business operations leadership experience, he is tenured in driving business growth, cost savings, productivity improvements, and comprehensive information security.

Prior to joining Doxim, Matthew was Senior Vice President of Technology & Systems at Cendyn where he led global teams to drive innovation and deliver advanced cloud products and robust enterprise infrastructure. He also previously served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology & Operations at Workforce Software. Matthew holds a M.A. degree in Management from the University of Michigan and B.S. degree in Engineering from Kettering University.

Kevin Svenson, Chief People Officer at Doxim

With over 20 years of progressive experience in the print industry and an exceptional track record leading high performance teams. Kevin Svenson manages Doxim operations teams across North America and is responsible for successfully executing our strategy as a world-class operation. Kevin has held progressively senior roles at RR Donnelley, Deloitte, and most recently as Vice President of Operations / General Manager at Taylor Corporation. Throughout his career he has focused on building organizations that deliver profitable and consistent results through establishing a culture of Integrity, Respect, Customer Focus, Execution Excellence, and Instinct for Innovation.

Kevin earned his MBA as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University. Kevin’s experience combined with his formal education positions him well to drive best practices that positively support our operational growth.

Nouman Mufti, Chief Service Officer

As Chief Service Officer, Nouman Mufti is responsible for the successful delivery of Doxim solutions – from requirements gathering to deployment. He manages a global team of experts in project management, solution architecture, business analysis, programming, quality assurance and technical support.

Nouman joined Doxim in 2019 and brings twenty-five years of technology and services leadership experience. In his previous roles, he led multi-disciplinary teams to develop, implement and integrate enterprise-wide technology solutions. Prior to joining Doxim, he held leadership roles as VP of Professional Service and CIO in global and SME organizations. Nouman has an MBA from Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto.

Gum Fa Ng Senior Vice President, Product and Solutions Consulting

As Senior Vice President of Product and Solutions Consulting, Gum accelerates Doxim’s product strategy by leading roadmap development and execution in alignment with business goals, client feedback, industry trends, and overall market opportunity. She brings deep domain expertise in defining technology-enabled managed services solutions for highly regulated markets.

Prior to joining Doxim, Gum worked for RR Donnelley for nine years, providing strategic product and solutions management with an emphasis on omni-channel communications. She holds Bachelor degrees in Science and Technology from Queen’s University and Toronto Metropolitan University, respectively.

Lisa HazergianSenior Vice President, Customer Success & Postage Optimization

As the SVP of Customer Success, Lisa is responsible for the satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy of Doxim customers. She has served Doxim for a decade in progressive leadership positions, including her concurrent role as SVP of Postal Optimization. Her USPS certifications, time as a Detroit Postal Customer (PCC) co-chair, and PCC awarded industry leader of 2019 all arm her with the extensive postal management experience required to advise Doxim and its’ customers towards optimizing all aspects of mail processing, postage handling, and fulfillment for efficient and optimal mail delivery and pricing.

Jeff Clarke

Jeff ClarkeExecutive Chairman

Jeff Clarke is the Executive Chairman of Doxim. Prior to this, Clarke was the Executive Chairman and interim CEO of FTD, LLC, a private company controlled by Nexus Capital. Prior, Clarke spent five years as CEO of Eastman Kodak Company. Clarke has also held numerous other C-level roles within the technology industry, including CEO, Chairman and Executive Chair positions at Travelport Limited, a private company controlled by the Blackstone Group. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer for CA Software, Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Hewlett-Packard and CFO at Compaq Computer. Jeff also serves on the Board of Directors of FTD, LLC and Columbia Care. Mr. Clarke is a former director at Autodesk, Compuware, Docker, Generate Life Sciences, Orbitz Worldwide, Red Hat and UTStarcom. He has his B.A. in economics from SUNY Geneseo. He earned his MBA from Northeastern University and serves as a Northeastern University Trustee.
Jason Teebagy, Advisor

Jason Teebagy Advisor

Jason Teebagy brings 20+ years of global financial experience as an advisor to Doxim. His expertise includes a depth in profitability/EBITDA management, operational execution, e-commerce, SaaS, and global manufacturing & supply chain strategy. Jason’s extensive M&A experience includes working closely with private equity firms on both acquisitions and divestitures.

In prior roles, Jason served as a finance executive for public and privately-held businesses from $10M to $1B, across diverse industries—partnering with CEOs, Division GMs, C-Level executives, and Boards to deliver optimal results in both hyper-growth and turnaround environments. These companies include business.com, Cimpress/Vistaprint, PerkinElmer, and General Electric.  Jason holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and is Six Sigma Certified.
